Exclusive brass sundial as a one-off piece with double shadow objects to display the date and the WOZ (true local time) with conversion graphics to determine the exact time.

The sundial was developed in 2018 - calculated and produced in Austria.
The sundial is made exclusively of brass.

All engravings are deep millings with a lacquer finish and a clear lacquer seal.
No wear of the engravings / timelines possible, as no laser engraving!

Even with the clear lacquer seal, you will get a light brass patina on the surface after 1-2 years.

Send us your location after ordering (e.g. Google Maps or coordinates / GPS) and we will produce the sundial exactly for this position.

Description:
The sundial is aligned and ready for use with the 3 adjustment / plumbing screws within a few minutes.
The shadow shows the WOZ - true local time at the location.
To determine the exact time (CET / CEST), the equation of time is added or added to the WOZ.
The equation of time is date-dependent and can be read on the date-time graphic.
The reading accuracy is a maximum of +/- 3 minutes. Owing to the material thickness of the shadow object.
With a little practice it is possible to read the time to the nearest minute.

The 2nd shadow point shows the date and the current zodiac sign.

Individual milling is included in the price. You will receive a drawing for approval prior to production.

The processing time for calculation / drawing / production is a maximum of 30 working days. The sundial is usually completed within 3 weeks.
